About your information
When you submit an estimate request, your name, phone number and project details, including any preferred visit date, are securely stored for Fence One Services LLC and its website administrator to respond and arrange an estimate. Submitting a request does not book a visit or authorize marketing messages.
We also send your contact and project details to the business's designated email address so its team can respond to your request. This operational email is separate from advertising measurement.
AI assistant
Guided visit requests and quick answers do not use AI. The optional question chat uses Cloudflare Workers AI. Messages typed there are sent to that service to generate an answer and retained for up to 30 days to maintain the conversation and enforce usage limits. Answers may be inaccurate; confirm project details with the business. Do not include payment details, sensitive documents or your property survey in the chat.
WhatsApp and other services
Opening WhatsApp shares the prepared message with WhatsApp. Review it and press send there. WhatsApp, Instagram and email or telephone providers have their own privacy terms. Hosting and security providers process technical information needed to operate the site.
Advertising measurement and your choice
If you choose “Accept advertising”, we load Meta Pixels for the business’s advertising accounts to measure page and service views, contact link clicks and successfully received estimate requests. Meta may use this information to measure advertising and show relevant ads. These events include technical information such as your IP address, browser, page address and Meta cookie identifiers. Please do not put personal information in page links.
For a successful estimate request, we convert your first name, phone, project city, ZIP code and email (when provided) to SHA-256 hashes in your browser or on our server before sharing those identifiers with Meta for matching. A hash is not anonymous: Meta may match it to an account. We also share the selected service and material. We do not send project notes or your full form to Meta. With the same advertising consent, our server can send the received estimate event through Meta's Conversions API. Browser and server use the same event identifier to avoid duplicate counting. Network and cookie identifiers are not hashed.
With advertising consent, we also retain campaign tags, the advertising click identifier (fbclid/fbc), and the source page with your inquiry, so the business can see which campaign led to it. Pending server measurement data is kept for no more than 24 hours for delivery retries and removed after delivery or cancellation.
Choose “Essential only” to decline advertising tracking. You can still use the estimate form and contact us. Use “Cookie preferences” on any public page to change your choice. We remember that choice for up to 180 days on this browser. Rejecting stops new measurement and removes Meta's first-party attribution cookies; it does not undo information already sent. Retention and requests
Estimate requests are retained while they are needed to handle your inquiry and business records. Contact fenceoneservices@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion. Administrative login uses a secure session cookie that expires after 12 hours.
